Arthur T. Polly, Ed. D., is the Director of Policy & Advocacy at the Center for Black Educator Development, where he leads efforts to translate programmatic impact into policy solutions that strengthen and sustain the Black teacher pipeline. He brings over a decade of experience across education and public policy, including leadership roles at the Texas Education Agency, Teach Plus, and the Freedom Coalition for Charter Schools. A former teacher and school leader, his work is grounded in advancing equitable outcomes and building a stronger educator workforce.
